Karen N Pinkman
Karen Pinkman is Managing Partner and Founder of Recruit by Design (RbD). She has 25 plus years of executive search experience across North America and with several global organizations in Asia and Europe. Prior, Karen worked with some of the top 25 retained executive search firms located in NY, CA and CT including Korn Ferry, DHR International and Morgan Samuels.
Her industry experience encompasses Media, Luxury, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Industrial. Karen has recruited for mid-to-senior level positions such as C levels, Division Presidents, Finance, Business Development, Human Resources, Sales/ Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Brand Development, Operations, and Production. Karen has developed search specialty practices in Human Resources, Marketing/ Communications, Sales/ Business Development.
Karen is a Board Member of NYHRPS and Co-Chairperson for the Program Committee. She is also a member of ATD-SCC in CT. Karen graduated from Union County College, NJ where she majored in Business Administration.
